Thank you for shopping at Cyber Ambient. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Cyber Ambient.
You may return any Cyber Ambient product for any reason for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents, or other signs of wear or usage. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with shipping and insurance prepaid by the purchaser. Customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee based on the retail price of the product. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected, we will refund your product price less the 10% restocking fee.
For international orders
Cyber Ambient does NOT refund any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery.
Please note all orders must be inspected within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Any missing parts or other shipping errors must be reported to Cyber Ambient within the 14-day time frame. Missing components or other errors reported after that time will not be honored. No refunds or replacements will be provided.
To process a return, please contact us Cyber Ambient support team at email@example.com for shipping instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) tracking number. Securely pack the product in its original packaging and provide a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product—shipping charges prepaid—to Cyber Ambient at the address provided with the RMA.
NOTE: Regarding specific warranties, these vary from product to product. It is imperative to read each product page and refer to the Product Warranty page for information relative to each product.
